MANNY MARTINEZ
Manny brings over a decade of hands-on leadership experience in oil & gas completions and workover operations, with an extensive background supervising complex horizontal well operations across the Midland and Delaware Basins, as well as major shale plays throughout the U.S.
Throughout his career, Manny has served as a Wellsite Supervisor and General Manager, leading drillouts, frac operations, snubbing, coil tubing, workovers, and production installs for operators such as SM Energy, Endeavor Energy Resources, Diamondback Energy, and Energen Resources. His experience spans both field execution and management—making him uniquely equipped to drive results, maintain safety standards, and build strong operator and vendor relationships.
